Janet is a qualified Medical Manual Lymphatic Drainage Specialist practitioner, qualifying in Lymphoedema with the Austrian Vodder School of Manual Lymphatic drainage and also practises the Casely Smith and Le duc method of lymphatic drainage.
.Janet has over 15 years of working within the local health service as a qualified lymphoedema specialist practitioner. Janet is experienced in the assessment and on going management of primary, secondary lymphoedema and lipodema and swelling.
Janet has experience in helping people to manage swelling caused by cancer and non cancer treatment including lipodema.
Janet is also experienced in treating clients post vaser lipo suction and abdominal surgery
Janet is a clinical aromatherapist and reflexologist and is trained in healing. This enables a range of integrated therapies to be offered that ease tensions, calm the mind, and restore balance and well-being.

The International Federation of Professional Aromatherapists (IFPA) is a UK registered charity and practitioner-led professional aromatherapy association. The IFPA aim to maintain a high standard of knowledge and professional practice in all individual members and regulate the practice in a way that ensures high standards of professionalism and safety.
The Association of Reflexologists (AoR) is a non-profit making association which aims to provide support to professionally qualified practitioners. Membership is open to practitioners who have gained an approved qualification or who have provided proof that their training and practical skills meet the standards set by the AoR.

Home visits from extra £10 (to cover travel costs). This is for the Cardiff area. It is more out side Cardiff depending on location.
