About me
I am Spring Haze, a fully qualified Reiki healer and teacher. I specialise in authentic Japanese Reiki, combining it with medical knowledge and practical methods from both Western and Japanese traditions. Reiki involves correcting the invisible energy flow in and out of your body. When you feel something wrong in your body, it might be due to clogged energy. You might feel tired for no reason, experience a heavy sensation in your chest, have a foggy brain with a headache, or find it difficult to concentrate. These symptoms might be often due to clogged energy, and my Reiki sessions aim to release these blockages, gradually alleviating discomfort after each session. If you have been affected by these symptoms for a long time, healing may take some time. However, I am confident that you will feel much better after the first session, with continued improvement over subsequent sessions.
Reiki sessions: I place my hands lightly on your torso, head, and the affected areas over light clothing. You will feel warm and relaxed, experiencing ultimate relaxation, a cleansed feeling, and positive energy afterwards.
Reiki is effective for symptoms such as insomnia, anxiety, depression, stress, headaches (including migraines), stiff shoulders, and aiding recovery from injuries or diseases, including post-Covid effects. The NHS also uses Reiki for cancer patients, as it helps them cope physically and mentally during difficult times. A healing session lasts about an hour, and you need to book the time and date in advance.
I have a home clinic in East London (E2) and at French Pharmacy: 10 Cavendish Street, London, W1G 8UL in Marylebone. My hours are Mon-Fri 12-6 pm and Sat 12-6 pm. Closed on Sundays.
My certificates are under my real name, Hitoko Hombu. As Hitoko is difficult to remember and pronounce, I use the name Spring Haze, which is my Haiku (Japanese classic poetry) name.

Training, qualifications & experience
I graduated from the Western Master Course Level 3 and Authentic Jikiden (Japanese) Reiki Level 2. My medical knowledge stems from my career working as a translator and interpreter for the medical and pharmaceutical industry for decades. I understand modern medicine and have substantial experience with treatments, understanding both how they work and how patients feel, both medically and mentally. The combination with Reiki would be more effective.
Additionally, I have had the unique experience of accessing hospital wards that are restricted, such as the anaesthetic room before operations, to care for patients until they are anaesthetised, and psychiatric wards to discuss symptoms and treatments.
After my father passed away, I began to feel odd sensations in both hands, making it difficult to use a touch screen as the buttons would activate before I actually touched them. This marked the beginning of releasing Reiki energy, which occurred spontaneously without attunement from a Reiki teacher. After intensive research, I discovered it was Reiki. I believe this Reiki energy was a gift from my father. Consequently, my Reiki has much stronger energy than others and is more effective.

The UK Reiki Federation is a professional association with the objective of forming a national umbrella organisation for education, training and guidance in the practice of reiki.
Currently the Reiki Federation requires their members to have signed their code of ethics, hold practitioner insurance and hold certificates appropriate to their membership type.

Recent most successful story is the scoliosis. My client developed scoliosis over 70 years old. He had quite an extreme bend in his lower thoracic spine and had difficulty moving his lower left limb forward, along with pain in his lower back. He felt significant improvement soon after the first session and continued to have Reiki sessions once a week for months. All of the discomfort disappeared within a month, and gradually his spine started to straighten. Although the spine needed some bends to compensate for its extremely bent structure, within three months the curvature was reduced by approximately 70%. He began enjoying long walks, swimming, and some exercises.
Normally, scoliosis is not something that can be cured completely. The final method is usually fixation surgery, which involves using metal to fix the spine. However, this can weaken the adjacent spine and lead to further pain and the need for additional surgeries. But treatment with Reiki and light exercise (My subject at university was sports science, so I have some idea of how to move the body naturally. These are light exercises for the elderly that follow natural movement and gravity) brought him to a level where he could enjoy life again in such a short time.
