About me

The Natural Path to Radiant Health
Helen Goodman-Payne

I am a Bereavement & General counsellor and offer six-week block sessions.
I explore issues such as low self-esteem, anxiety, bereavement and separation, and any other general issues.

I give Holistic/Swedish Massages, Indian Head Massage and Aromatherapy. I offer Reiki (natural healing) and can incorporate Touch For Health within the various treatments.
I believe that touch can have a powerful effect on everyone and can promote our own healing and sense of well-being. I use oils blended to the individual's requirement, completing a consultation form during the initial session.

I am also a yoga teacher and run private classes within a quiet and comfortable home studio for up to six students and can offer individual yoga and more gentle classes, for those who prefer.

I run Dance & Movement workshops where I work with releasing any inhibitions people may have about movement, explore working individually and with others, expressing ourselves through various rhythms and music to explore and know ourselves better. I end with relaxation and sharing, which is optional.

I initially trained as a General/Bereavement counsellor in 1990.

I then trained in Holistic & Swedish Massage at the Massage Training Institute in 1993 and in Aromatherapy with the International School of Aromatherapy, in 1995.
