About me

Occupational Therapist and Child and Adolescent Mental Health Practitioner, specialising in Neurodiversity.

With over 15 years of experience in school, community, and healthcare settings, I specialise in supporting children and teenagers with emotional, behavioural, and social communication challenges. As a Senior Mental Health Practitioner with extensive experience in CAMHS and SEN, I offer needs-led and personalised support tailored to each child’s unique experiences, strengths and challenges.

Sessions available include 1:1 support for young people, as well as parent coaching.

I also have lived experience of neurodiversity and truly believe that neuroaffirming support is essential. Parenting a neurodivergent child can be challenging and, at times, lonely, while also being filled with incredible moments of joy. My aim is to ensure that no family has to navigate the highs and lows of raising a neurodivergent child alone.

  • Low Mood

  • Self esteem and confidence
  • School Avoidance
