About me
Hi, my name is Felicia and I am a qualified sports massage and reflexology therapist with 14 years experience in treating clients with musculoskeletal complaints. I am also a yoga teacher.
I am based from a spacious treatment room in my house in Crawley Down RH10. There is free parking.
I offer the following treatments:
Clinical Sports & Remedial massage (Soft Tissue Therapy) to help with injuries, pre & post sporting events, as part of rehabilitation from surgery and as maintenance treatments. Depending on the presenting issues I may use Trigger Points Therapy, Myofascial release, Dry Needling / Medical Acupuncture and/or Spinal Manipulation.
Advance Deep Tissue & Swedish massage for tight muscles and fascia, flexibility issues and musculoskeletal tension.
Uplifting & De-Stressing massage for stress relief, relaxation and "me time".
Pregnancy and Recovery Post Natal massage to help with tired and aching back, shoulders, hips or legs.
Oncology massage, a safe massage treatment to relieve stress and anxiety whilst receiving conventional treatment during your fight against cancer.
Reflexology for relaxation and general wellbeing.
Reproflexology to assist couples in preparing to conceive or during assisted conception when experiencing fertility issues and similar.
One to one or group Yoga classes to help improve mobility and breathing as well as to calm the mind and bring a sense of wellbeing.

The Institute of Sport and Remedial Massage works to support the interests and development of those within the profession.
To join the ISRM as a member, applicants must have a BTEC Level 5 qualification or similar and must have valid insurance to practice. In addition to this members must also agree to adhere to the associations code of ethics and conduct and must also carry out continued professional development.
