About me

Hi, I'm Faye, a psychotherapeutic reflexologist based in Penryn, Cornwall UK.

If your suffering from stress related tensions I can help you!
My holistic approach works directly with your nervous system, helping you to feel calmer in your mind and body. My sessions will leave you feeling peaceful and with more clarity of the mind.

I believe that everyone should have access to touch and talk therapy as the holistic approach allows people to feel connected and empowered with every aspect of their mental & physical wellbeing, which can lead to incredible amounts of healing and thriving in a persons everyday life.

I have a passion for working with people who are dealing with stress - physical or emotional. I believe everything is related to the tension we hold and I know that if I can help you to relax in a space where you feel validated yet gently challenged, then your whole being will gradually come into alignment.

As I am naturally very open-minded, my work encompasses everyones individual needs and personalities. My role is to help you to explore your own mind, resulting in you becoming more attuned and satisfied with your life.
