About me
Hi, I'm Eve, and I'm so glad you're here. I'm a warm, empathetic therapist based in Bracknell, and I feel incredibly passionate about helping people heal, grow and discover the very best version of themselves. I care deeply about every single person I work with, whether that's a child, a teenager or an adult.
I support people through anxiety, emotional overwhelm, depression, trauma, grief, fears, phobias, anger, school struggles, low self-esteem and neurodivergent needs, and I try to walk alongside each person with real compassion and without judgement.
My sessions are holistic, creative and practical, drawing on counselling, EFT Tapping, Matrix Reimprinting, Picture Tapping, IFS-informed work, NLP, hypnotherapy, nervous system regulation, DBT-informed approaches, art-based work, sand tray work, LEGO therapy and play-based techniques when working with children.
I love looking beyond the symptoms to understand the deeper root causes, because that's where real, lasting change happens. I draw on the latest research and effective psychological techniques so I can support your wellbeing in the fullest way possible. Sessions may also include personalised brain rewiring audios to support your progress between our time together.
My work has been featured by EFT International, including an article exploring the use of EFT in special educational needs schools, something very close to my heart. I was also invited to appear as a guest on EFT Unleashed, where I had the honour of being interviewed by EFT Founding Master and EFT International Master Trainer of Trainers, Tania Prince.
My small therapy dog may also be available on request, always ready to offer a little extra comfort and joy.
You don't have to have it all figured out before you reach out. A lot of people sit with the same worry for months, wondering whether now is the right time. There isn't really a wrong time. If something you've read here resonates with you, that's usually enough of a reason to send a message. I offer a free 30-minute consultation, so you can ask me anything before deciding whether we're the right fit. You can email, text or call, whichever feels easiest.

My therapeutic approach
My work is informed by neuroscience, attachment theory and polyvagal theory, as well as an understanding of the close relationship between the brain, body and nervous system. In simple terms, this means that I look at the whole person rather than focusing solely on the symptoms.
I understand that anxiety, overwhelm, low mood, trauma and difficult behaviours are often signs that something deeper is happening beneath the surface. Together, we gently explore those underlying patterns while also building practical tools to help you feel calmer, safer and more in control.
I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Every child, teenager and adult I work with is unique, so I adapt my approach to the person sitting in front of me rather than expecting them to fit a particular model.
My goal is not simply to help people cope but to support meaningful and lasting change.
