About me

I'm a Reflexologist with an approach that is both clinical and intuitive. I completed my training at Contemporary Reflexology College in 2015 with a Level 5 Mastership. My practice involves looking at the whole person in order to plan a bespoke treatment depending on their personal needs, whether in the short or long term.

My practice includes foot, hand and auricular (ear) reflexology. I am trained to work with babies, children and adults with all walks of health. Further professional development includes stress and anxiety, limbic reflexology (working the limbic brain), reproductive reflexology, vertical reflexology, reflexology lymph drainage, adapted reflextherapy, reflexology for cancer and palliative care and inner intent reflexology (mindful).
