About me

I am a Clinical Reflexologist based in towns across Cheshire and Sheffield, South Yorkshire. I offer bespoke clinical treatment plans for my clients. The initial session includes an in-depth consultation and a full session normally on the feet - however I can work the hands or ears if preferred by the client. I am passionate about varying techniques and approaches to best help with bringing balance into the body for the client.

I have always been passionate about health and wellbeing. The Mastership in Reflexology has enabled me to learn how to plan for sessions which take into consideration each individual's needs. I also encourage self-care through reflexology. Many of my clients enjoy working reflexes on their hands or working ear seeds (placing them on key reflexes) to continue to help their body to rebalance. Doing this in between sessions can have some very positive results to their health and wellbeing - the perfect opportunity to help themselves too.

If you have any questions in mind that you would like to ask then please give me a call.
