About me
Hi I'm Emily,
A Reiki Master and Counsellor. I work with my clients using a heart centred, client-led approach.
I have created a safe and nurturing space for you to be yourself. To explore, unpack and discover what you need. It is important to me that you feel empowered and know that you have all of what you need inside to get to where you want to be. I am your guide, and your support along the way.
I have worked for over 15 years now, supporting people therapeutically and have made wonderful and deep connections with my clients. The experiences and transformations have been incredible to watch and I am so proud of each person for making that first move and connecting. This in itself can be a huge step for many.
Reiki is all about the simple flow of energy, however the results are anything but simple. They transform lives to hold a clearer perspective, making better decisions and enjoying more fulfilling moments for ourselves, and stronger connections with our loved ones. Counselling is an opportunity to speak and work through patterns to understand yourself better and put these practices into action.

Training, qualifications & experience
Professional Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling
Reiki Master-Teacher (All levels of training in Usui & Kundalini)
EFT - Emotional Freedom Technique
15 years Counselling experience - including work in Cancer centres, with young people, addiction, eating disorders, trauma, loss, bereavement, relationships.
Reiki & Energy Work experience working with clients in person and online globally in Canada, US, Australia, Europe, Asia.

I have been practising meditation for many years now and have also trained in Yoga Nidra which can be a great start to building a meditation practice. If you would like to know more about how to get started then let me know when we connect and we can include this focus in your Reiki sessions too.
