About me

Hi, I'm Elisha, and I treat a variety of clients from sportsmen and musicians, through to office professionals who spend hours sitting in front of a computer for a living, as well as post surgery and pregnant women.

Every massage is tailored to my client’s specific, individual needs. I will ask my clients what their problem areas are, and what the end goal is from the treatment. Depending on the clients needs, I will either work on specific problems or holistically for general health and well-being.

I really love Massage, Reflexology and Myofascial Release and find it very satisfying when I can help someone with their pain relief and general wellbeing! I'm constantly learning new therapies and techniques, the most recent one being Myofascial Release, which is a form of bodywork that focuses on removing restrictions in the body's soft tissue and reducing pain.

To book an appointment, please call the clinic directly and they will be happy to help. For any information about treatments please contact me directly.
