About me

Hi, I'm Elisha, and I treat a variety of clients from sportsmen and musicians, through to office professionals who spend hours sitting in front of a computer for a living, as well as post surgery and pregnant women.

Every treatment is tailored to my client’s specific, individual needs. I will ask my clients what their problem areas are, and what the end goal is from the treatment. Depending on the clients needs, I will either work on specific problems or holistically for general health and well-being.

I really love Massage, Reflexology and Myofascial Release and find it very satisfying when I can help someone with their pain relief and general wellbeing! I'm constantly learning new therapies and techniques, the most recent one being Myofascial Release, which is a form of bodywork that focuses on removing restrictions in the body's soft tissue and reducing pain. I treat but acute and chronic pain.

I also now provide online SMFRTherapy (Self Myofascial Release Therapy). These sessions are £10 less than the clinic sessions.

To book an appointment, please call the clinic directly and they will be happy to help. For any information about treatments please contact me directly by email on elishamay74@hotmail.com

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a therapist's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.

You can contact the therapist to discuss the options available.

Under the Equality Act 2010 service providers have a duty to make reasonable adjustments to ensure that individuals with disabilities can access their service. You can read more about reasonable adjustments to help you to access services on the CAB website.
