About me
I am a mobile Sports Massage and Manual Therapy practitioner providing professional home visits across Surrey, including Weybridge, Cobham, Esher, Oxshott, Walton-on-Thames and surrounding areas.
I work with clients who experience back and neck discomfort, muscular tension, stiffness, physical fatigue and sports-related muscular issues, as well as those simply looking to relax and improve their general sense of wellbeing.
Each session is tailored to the individual. Depending on your needs and preferences, a session may combine therapeutic or sports massage, manual therapy techniques, stretching, acupuncture, reflexology or other complementary approaches.
My aim is to provide a calm, professional and personalised service in the comfort of your own home, with particular attention to muscular relaxation, mobility and overall wellbeing.
Appointments are available for a minimum of one hour, with longer sessions available when required.
Training, qualifications & experience
I have been working professionally in massage and complementary therapy since 2006, with experience in the UK and Portugal across private practice, sports settings, clinics and healthcare environments.
My training and qualifications include:

- Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine - ESMOT, Lisbon, Portugal - 2,530 hours
- Japanese Shiatsu Massage - 300 hours
- Recovery Massage - Portuguese Association of Naturopathy - 120 hours

My professional background also includes working as Head Therapist within a sports complex in Portugal, experience as a medical assistant in a private hospital, and many years of private practice providing massage, manual therapy and acupuncture.
I am a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT) and I am fully insured to practise in the UK.
I regularly undertake additional professional training to continue developing my practical knowledge and skills.
Member organisations
FHT is the largest multi-disciplinary therapy organisation in the UK and has been representing holistic, beauty and sports therapists for over 45 years.
There a number of different membership categories (including Fellows, Member, Student, Associate and Non-Practitioner) which are dependent on qualifications and experience.
FHT enforce high professional standards, and all Members, Fellows and Student Members are required to follow a strict Code of Ethics and Professional Practice.

Appointments are available for 60, 90 and 120 minutes, depending on individual needs and availability.
