About me

I have over 20 years of experience in occupational therapy and work with a variety of people. I specialise in working with adults with autism and adhd, helping them to navigate life alongside their neurodivergence. I have lived experience of parenting neurodivergent children and support parents with similar experiences. I have a special interest in supporting women experiencing life-altering or disruptive conditions or situations (such as menopause or coercive controlling relationships) to regain their confidence through reconnecting with their identity, managing their roles and relationships and rebuilding a life worth living with meaning and purpose.
