About me

I completed my EFT education in the Netherlands with Gabrielle Rutten at NOVET which is the official Gary Craig training centre in the Netherlands and Belgium. (https://official-eft.nl/)

I am registered as an EFT practitioner at NOVET and I am member of the EFT guild which is based in the UK (www.eftguild.com).

My first experience with EFT was thanks to my GP in the Netherlands. She was very enthusiastic about EFT and advised me to look into it and give it a try. My adventure with EFT started in 2016 and it didn’t take long for me to be convinced. EFT was completely different from what I had experienced from previous therapies. It gave me the feeling of independence and freedom to explore my feelings and  I felt change happening with issues I thought I could never resolve.  EFT gives me an ever new understanding about myself and the people around me.

I am a passionate advocate for EFT which has helped me support those I have worked with and it is a consistent tool which enables us to empower ourselves.

Whatever type of stress you experience at this moment in your life; whether it is at work, in your family, challenges with your health or negative beliefs about yourself give EFT a chance you might be surprised what it can do for you.
