About me
The Riverside Rooms is and independent holistic health and well-being clinic. All the therapist are fully insured, And registered with their own discipline Most therapists are ITEC Qualified with over 10 years experience. We pride ourselves as holistic therapists, working towards balancing the natural energy within the body, concentrating on stress relief, by alleviating stress, tension emotional and muscular pain through various treatments- including Crystal Reiki healing five element to acupuncture Swedish, Therapeutic, Deep Tissue and La Stone Therapy, including Trigger Point Work, Reflexology and Hopi Ear Candling and holistic natural beauty therapies. We specialise in pre conception, pregnancy and post natal care and offer baby massage courses

All therapist who work at the Riverside Rooms conduct exceptional treatments in their own discipline. The clinic is in the heart of Hampton Hill in a log cabin nestled by the Longford River. Appointments available at short notice.
We offer spa experience days, where bespoke spa packages are designed for couples/friends/groups … Ideas for spa occasions are: Mother's day, Valentines' Day, Hen Party, Pre Wedding detox, Birthday celebrations. Swimwear is compulsory in the hot tub. Catering available cooked and prepared on the premises by our very own chef

With Covid guidelines now relaxed we will still maintain our high standards of hygiene … our towels are washed at 60° And the treatment couch is covered in Couch roll for hygiene reasons… the treatment room is sanitised daily and cleansed, smudged and aired in between clients… The floor is steam cleaned every evening
