An initial acupuncture appointment generally lasts for 90 minutes and involves the following:

        • an assessment of your general health and medical history.
        • a physical examination.
        • an opportunity to raise any questions that you may have prior to treatment.
        • the commencement of treatment with the insertion of acupuncture needles.
        • the discussion of a treatment plan tailored to your requirements.

NB. If you return with a different problem some time after an initial course of treatment, you will not require an additional long appointment. Instead, please book a follow-up appointment.

Follow-up appointments generally last from 45 minutes to 1 hour.

Appointments involve a brief review of your health since your prior appointment, which includes a discussion about any concerns that you may have. This is followed by the insertion of acupuncture needles.

Appointment cancellations giving less than 24-hours notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of reserved appointment(s). NO SHOWS will be charged 100% of service amount.
