About me

I've been practicing Craniosacral Therapy for over ten years and am also an integrated TCM and Five Element Acupuncturist, with a degree in acupuncture from the College of Integrated Chinese Medicine and University College of Osteopathy.

My specialisms include anxiety, stress, trauma, ASD, migraines, neck pain, digestive issues, fascial restrictions, LongCovid, fertility, pregnancy, babies and birth trauma. I work with all ages, from babies and children to adults and the elderly.  I offer bespoke treatments to suit each person’s individual needs, harnessing the body’s ability to return to a state of optimal health and wholeness.  I am a Trustee of the Craniosacral Therapy Association and teach Meditation and Mindfulness, Yoga Nidra and Developmental Baby Massage, and am an Usui Reiki Master.
