About me
I'm a Craniosacral Therapist and TCM & 5 Element Acupuncturist with over 15 years experience in healthcare and practices across London. I hold a diploma in Craniosacral Therapy from the College of Craniosacral Therapy and a degree in Acupuncture from the College of Integrated Chinese Medicine and University College of Osteopathy.
My specialisms include nervous system disregulation, anxiety, stress, trauma, ASD, migraines, neck pain, digestive issues, fascial restrictions, LongCovid, MCAS, autoimmune conditions, cancer support, post-surgery trauma support, fertility, pregnancy, babies, and birth trauma. I work with all ages, from babies and children to adults and the elderly. I offer bespoke treatments to suit each person’s individual needs, harnessing the body’s ability to return to a state of optimal health and wholeness. I am a Trustee of the Craniosacral Therapy Association and teach Meditation and Mindfulness, Yoga Nidra and Developmental Baby Massage, and am an Usui Reiki Master. As the UKs largest professional body of acupuncturists the BAcC guarantee excellence in training, safe practice and professional conduct.
All members of the BAcC (MBAcC) have BSc or BA degree level training or its equivalent in traditional acupuncture, Chinese medicine, and western biomedical sciences including anatomy, physiology and pathology.
The Craniosacral Therapy Association of the UK (CSTA) is a professional organisation which regulates the practice of Craniosacral Therapy in the UK.
Members of the CSTA (registered as RCST) are only permitted to practice after they have graduated from an accredited training school or college and must agree to comply with the Association's Code of Ethics.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
