I'm a Craniosacral Therapist and TCM & 5 Element Acupuncturist with over 15 years experience in healthcare and practices across London. I hold a diploma in Craniosacral Therapy from the College of Craniosacral Therapy and a degree in Acupuncture from the College of Integrated Chinese Medicine and University College of Osteopathy.

My specialisms include nervous system disregulation, anxiety, stress, trauma, ASD, migraines, neck pain, digestive issues, fascial restrictions, LongCovid, MCAS, autoimmune conditions, cancer support, post-surgery trauma support, fertility, pregnancy, babies, and birth trauma. I work with all ages, from babies and children to adults and the elderly.  I offer bespoke treatments to suit each person’s individual needs, harnessing the body’s ability to return to a state of optimal health and wholeness.  I am a Trustee of the Craniosacral Therapy Association and teach Meditation and Mindfulness, Yoga Nidra and Developmental Baby Massage, and am an Usui Reiki Master.   I have clinics in Stanmore, Twickenham, Richmond, Bethnal Green, Primrose Hill and Notting Hill.
