About me

Emotional Release Massage; strong Raynor Massage; Kundalini / Chi energy; Reiki; Holistic massage; Finding the ROOTS of physical, emotional, spiritual tension in the BODY and releasing it. I offer modalities of bodywork that is not an ordinary massage.

I have trained with world class teachers whose approach is very different from one another, but the goal is the same: to let go of what holds us up from living a healthier, happier and tension free life. Deep rooted chronic tension my be a manifestation of the blocked life force energy. We also start truly living, when we become aware of our breath patterns. Breath is a bridge between the mind and the body. This bodywork helps to reconnect the two. If you feel it is time to go beyond the mind programming and re-connect with your body and heart - my work may be one of the first steps on your journey to self discovery and transformation.

Further information

Physical and Emotional release.

* intensive: Raynor Massage technique

* more gentle: Emotional Detox massage technique

The intensity of Raynor massage depends on your ability to tolerate pain/discomfort and the depth of your breath, it depends on your body awareness, existing physical and emotional trauma in the body,  your previous experiences with emotional detox and your readiness to let go. We work together on stretching the existing thresholds for your breath and pain beyond which you will find freedom. As with Emotional Detox bodywork, sometimes it's only a subtle energetic touch that's needed for a tension to be released and processed with your breath, but quite often a deep rooted and chronic tension may hide behind a stagnant or imbalanced life and health issues.

A session's length can range from 1.5 hour to 4 hours. It includes a time for you to talk about your intention for the session and for me to talk about what to expect from this work. You may choose a short fully clothed massage or a long session with a full body oil massage, and different techniques, speed and subtle energy work. You may go into a trance or a release and I will support you at every step of the process.
