I set up Amethyst Tiger in Haslemere, Surrey to help clients achieve a sense of inner transformation. Treatments include Reiki, shamanic healing and hypnotherapy. All sessions are designed to consider the unique needs and requirements of each individual. At times, some healing modalities practiced are integrated in order to offer a client an optimum treatment and route to physical and emotional well-being. So you might receive a combination of hypnotherapy and Reiki for example, if it is appropriate for you.
In short, this means that you can benefit from restorative relaxing calm of Reiki, access the power of your own subconscious mind in hypnotherapy, (great for integrating new, more helpful ways of thinking and behaving) and address energetic blockages and traumas through shamanic healing. Angelic healing brings about a sense of peace and empowerment.
Reiki treatments help to restore health, vitality and harmony. Reiki calms, soothes and rebalances. It also can be used for chakra balancing. Clients come away feeling energetically cleared, relaxed and restored.
Shamanic healing can be extremely helpful and empowering for those who feel fragile in this current moment. It's great for cutting energetic ties, enabling people to move on from the past traumas brought which have left an energetic imprint. Shamanic healing is also a great tool for spiritual transformation and personal development too.
Hypnotherapy is wonderful when change is required for an enhanced sense of wellbeing. It can help to reduce anxiety and stress levels, overcome phobias and fears, improve confidence and self esteem or else, support weight loss and smoking cessation. Hypnotherapy is also good for eliminating unhelpful belief patterns and behaviours, replacing these with more appropriate alternatives.
Past life regression and between lives hypnotic regression treatments are also on offer. Past life regression can help to provide insight into particular issues that might affect you and so enable clearing and healing to take place.

Training, qualifications & experience
An experienced Reiki Master, shamanic practitioner and clinical hypnotherapist, I also am a Holistic Teacher. My healing practice and teaching are based on my in-depth experience of a variety of healing modalities and therapies. I work with natural healing energies to help clients in their healing and spiritual development.
I had a successful career in marketing and market research, but was always more interested in people and what motivated them. Increasingly, I found myself drawn to holistic healing, with an interest in how people feel, how they want their lives to develop and how they can heal and move forward in life.
I first qualified in aromatherapy thirty years ago. This initial training introduced me to other types of healing such as crystal and angelic healing. In 2002, I qualified as a Usui Ryoho Reiki Master, (traditional Reiki) going on to teach and practice this beautiful healing method. Full Reiki Attunements are given from Reiki I level (self-healing), To Reiki II (practitioner) and and finally Reiki III (Reiki mastery).
I trained as a Shamanic Healing practitioner, liking its spiritual and energy healing aspects and the profound healing it can give clients.
I studied clinical hypnotherapy at the International College of Clinical Hypnotherapy Practitioners. This is also where I undertook specialist past life regression and between lives training.
Of course, every client is unique with very individual requirements. This means that the therapy treatment offered to each client is bespoke and also unique. In some cases, more than one healing modality may be offered, depending on a client's needs. The ultimate goal is to achieve total well being in terms of mind, body and soul.

Additional information
Reiki, shamanic healing and clinical hypnotherapy is £75 per session, although please allow £80 for a first session.
Reiki Attunements are £200 for Reiki I, £300 for Reiki II and £450 for Reiki Master level.
Past life regression and between lives therapy is a set fee of £120.

As well as Reiki, Amethyst Tiger also offers courses and workshops on Shamanic healing, Hypnosis, Reiki and Tarot. These are offered both for individuals wanting to develop their spirituality and begin a practice of self healing and at practitioner level.
One to one coaching is available to those new to healing and beginning to open up to spirituality.
