About me
I'am passionate and dedicated to helping my clients with their wellbeing through personalised care with Level 5 Reflexology Practitioner. I work with both chronic and every day conditions using advanced techniques to support the body's natural healing processes.
Alongside Reflexology, I offer Bowen which is derived from Osteopathy, it is a very gentle yet very quick and effective treatment.
Reiki Master, which means I teach as well as treat with Reiki healing. Reiki is a gentle energy healing practice that supports the body's natural ability to relax, rebalance on physical, emotional and energetic levels. Reiki Master is a practitioner who has completed advanced training, allowing them to provide deeper energy work and teach or attune others to Reiki. For more information on training message me.
Helping you help yourself, I help you get to the root cause of what is really going on, releasing trauma and uncovering unconscious patterns into positive change. By coming aware of what you are creating, you can consciously shift those patterns into positive change.
