At Askey's Massage Therapies (AMT), we believe that movement is one of the keys to living well. Whether you're recovering from training, spending long hours at a desk, noticing increasing stiffness as you get older, or simply want to stay active and independent, our aim is to help you move with greater comfort and confidence.
We are a husband-and-wife team based in Solihull, providing professional mobile sports massage and mobility treatments throughout Solihull and the surrounding area. Our treatments are delivered in the comfort of your own home, allowing you to relax without the need to travel afterwards.
Although we specialise in sports massage, you don't need to be an athlete to benefit from our services. Many of our clients are walkers, gym-goers, runners, cyclists, golfers, active older adults, or people whose work leaves them with tight muscles, aching shoulders, stiff backs or reduced mobility.
Every appointment begins with a discussion about your symptoms, lifestyle and goals so that your treatment can be tailored to your individual needs. We combine evidence-informed massage techniques with practical advice to help reduce muscle tension, improve mobility, support recovery and encourage long-term movement rather than simply providing short-term relief.
Our services include Sports Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilisation (IASTM), and Mobility & Assisted Stretching. Where appropriate, we also provide simple mobility exercises and self-management advice to help you maintain the benefits of your treatment between appointments.
Our philosophy is simple: helping people move better, feel better and continue doing the activities they enjoy. Whether that's training for an event, playing with grandchildren, walking the dog or simply getting through the working day with less discomfort.

Training, qualifications & experience
We are qualified Sports Massage Therapists with backgrounds and qualifications in personal training, sports nutrition and PNF stretching techniques. We are committed to ongoing professional development and are currently furthering our knowledge through Level 4 Sports Massage training.
As well as other CPD based qualifications in:

- Trigger Point Therapy
