I am a Craniosacral therapist & Homeopath within Central & South London - Forest Hill SE23, Soho W1B, and Camden NW1. I am a fully accredited craniosacral therapist and homeopath working with children and adults needing support for a range of physical and emotional symptoms.
My approach may integrate Homeopathy and Craniosacral therapy [CST], along with mindfulness meditation techniques. This comprehensive focus applies both talking therapy and deep bodywork [fully clothed] to get to the root of the problem in order to achieve optimum levels of well-being.
My work with craniosacral therapy [CST] is recognised through my involvement as Communications Trustee with the CranioSacral Therapy Association [CSTA], the UK’s professional body for registered craniosacral therapists.
Alongside this, my passion for homeopathy has continued since being awarded a B.Sc[Hons] from Centre Homeopathic Education/Middlesex University, London, and being registered with Society of Homeopaths [RSH]. My dissertation involved research into homeopathic treatment for Work & Performance Related Anxiety.
I have a particular interest in children's & women's health & wellness. I also have a good deal of experience treating people with skin irritations such as acne, psoriasis & eczema as well as allergies. Some home visits for treatment of babies and women during pregnancy.

Amal provides a space for you to speak and get to know yourself better". Abigail South London
"After a few sessions Amal has been able to improve massively with my wellbeing. I have recommended her treatments to many of my colleagues.” Sebastian, Central London
