About me

https://www.therapy-directory.org.uk/articles/homeopathy.html#whattoexpectwhenyouseeahomeopath

If you have chronic fatigue, menopause issues, migraine, eczema, psoriasis or anxiety or insomnia, please get in touch. I work as a London based registered  Homeopath and Craniosacral Therapist and also provide Zoom/FaceTime sessions internationally.

If you or your child are experiencing skin conditions such as eczema, psoriasis or increased stress, chronic fatigue including long covid, hormonal issues, thyroid issues, mild allergies like hay fever, reflux, poor digestion,  I may be able to help.  You may have an immune system that needs looking after. As a Homeopath and Craniosacral therapist, I provide remote online appointments as well as in person London clinics. Please email me here to book a session.

I practice as a registered Homeopath and Craniosacral therapist at Triyoga Chelsea London SW3, Forest Hill SE23, and I see people online from the UK and globally.

Fully accredited, I work with babies, children and adults for a range of physical and emotional symptoms. From colic, newborn issues, chronic fatigue to skin conditions - read the published interview I gave in WDDTY magazine which includes an interview with my client on how my treatments have benefited her symptoms. Watch my Instagram Live on CHILDREN & MILD STRESS by visiting my highlights on @amalalaouicranial.

I work with a lot of chronic fatigue, eczema and stress-related conditions that impact our mental and physical health.  Sometimes someone has “never been well” since a traumatic event and this has resulted in the nervous system becoming “stuck” in the sympathetic fight or flight state and out of balance.  My focus is to help you find alignment and restore balance, addressing hormonal health to enable you to achieve improved health.  This is important for men, women and children at all stages of life.

Families magazine: Children and craniosacral therapy

As a homeopath, craniosacral therapist and wellness coach, I aim to get to the root of the problem in order to achieve optimum levels of well-being. This is why treatment is a work in progress rather than a quick fix.

My work with craniosacral therapy [CST] has been recognised through my involvement as Communications Trustee with the CranioSacral Therapy Association [CSTA], the UK’s professional body for registered craniosacral therapists.

Alongside this, my passion as a homeopath has continued since being awarded a B.Sc[Hons] from Centre Homeopathic Education/Middlesex University, London, and being registered with Society of Homeopaths [RSH]. My dissertation involved research into homeopathic treatment for Work & Performance Related Anxiety.

I have a particular interest in children's & women's health & wellness.
This includes having 13 years' experience working with stress, irregular periods, chronic fatigue, acne, psoriasis, eczema, allergies, low concentration, anxiety, insomnia and pregnancy and labour.

People read client testimonials on Google, my website and the editor’s interview in What Doctors Don’t Tell You. If you are looking to get support for anything below get in touch.

What clients say:

“I was referred to Amal as I was having panic attacks related to health anxiety & CBT did not work.  Amal's approach of allowing the body to correct itself through cranial sessions has been hugely beneficial and I found the remedies helped too. Amal provides a space for you to speak and get to know yourself better". Abigail South London

"What I like about Amal is her energy, and her unique combination of Cranio Sacral therapy coupled with homeopathy. She also brings her own wisdom to healing and wellness which I find particularly helpful. I also see her remotely on Zoom." TM.

"After a few sessions Amal has been able to improve massively with my wellbeing. I have recommended her treatments to many of my colleagues.” Sebastian, Central London

"Working holistically, I got a real sense of Amal taking all aspects of the individual into account: mind, body & emotions. Her therapeutic models helped to facilitate my recovery. Intuitive and utterly professional". Martin, South London
