About me
Hello, I'm Lisa, the therapist behind Heart & Sole Therapy.
I believe that everyone deserves a little time for themselves — time to pause, relax and focus on their own wellbeing. Life can be busy and demanding, and it's easy to put everyone else's needs before our own. My aim is to provide a calm, welcoming space where you can switch off from everyday pressures and enjoy some time just for you.
I have been working with clients for many years and offer a range of complementary therapies, including Reflexology, Reiki, Hypnotherapy, Reflexology Lymphatic Drainage (RLD), Fertility Reflexology, HypnoReiki and Indian Head Massage.
I take a warm, friendly and individual approach, because I understand that everyone is different. I take the time to listen to you, understand your needs and discuss which treatment may be most suitable for you. Whether you're looking for some time to relax, an opportunity to focus on your wellbeing or support as you work towards personal changes through hypnotherapy, I want you to feel comfortable, listened to and at ease.
I believe that choosing a therapist is a personal decision, and building trust is an important part of that relationship. My sessions are tailored to the individual, and I always aim to create a relaxed, supportive and non-judgemental environment where you can feel comfortable being yourself.
I offer treatments in Norfolk, with appointments available in Freethorpe and Martham.

Member organisations
The Association of Reflexologists (AoR) is a non-profit making association which aims to provide support to professionally qualified practitioners. Membership is open to practitioners who have gained an approved qualification or who have provided proof that their training and practical skills meet the standards set by the AoR.
