This beautiful little workshop will give you the confidence you need to follow and listen to your intuition.   

We will begin the morning with a meditation to open and hearts, and allow us to connect and trust our intuition. This workshop will be filled with activites to help us to strengthen and really follow our heart, which is vitally important for where we are right now in our ascension process. Small friendly group of six, no prior experience necessary.
