Have you ever considered the fact that your medicine may not be vegan or vegetarian?

Meet Varsha Soneji, a qualified medical herbalist who uses plant-based medicine to help her clients overcome all sorts of ailments.

She herself is a life-long vegetarian and almost vegan. She believes in using what nature has provided to heal conditions that can be acute or chronic. She uses herbs in a responsible way where appropriate and refers her clients to their GP if she feels that drugs are more appropriate.

In this talk, she will tell you about some of the herbs that you can use at home to overcome and prevent winter illnesses. Herbs that boost immunity, shorten the duration of illness, and herbs that bring about healing by working with the body's natural ability to heal itself.

These herbs won't just suppress symptoms, but also get to the root causes.

Please arrive at 10.45am for a prompt 11am start.

You may wish to bring a pen and paper to take notes and jot down any questions you may have.

You will also be able to purchase herbal teas, hand-blended by Varsha.

I run a herbal medicine clinic in Stanmore, Middlesex. Many of my patients come to see me about womens health issues, skin problems, digestive health and much more. I thoroughly enjoy helping my patients improve their health with herbal remedy preparations prepared by myself.
