Mindfulness class in Glasgow
I am going to be running an hour mindfulness class on a Monday evening at Adelaide Place between 1830-1930 starting the 13th of May. The class will initially run for four weeks and may be extended depending on the response.
Mindfulness is a great way to be in the moment and just in general enjoy life more, but it has proven benefits in allowing us to regulate our emotions, lower blood pressure and lose weight. The course will cover mindful breathing, body scans and mindful eating. It takes place in the comfortable studio surrounds of Adelaide Place Bath street Glasgow City Centre near the Kings Theatre.
