Day one foundation day: Understanding massage in pregnancy - the anatomy, physiology, precautions and working positions, and new techniques. Mobilisations and stretches - focus on second and third trimesters.
This is the first day of the four-day diploma course and counts as a stand-alone foundation day.
Cost: £90
If you go on to attend the full four-day course within a year of attending a foundation day organised by Well Mother, you can deduct £50 off the full four days course fee. You can choose whether or not to repeat the foundation day.
