Learn Reiki level 1 for self-care

If you’re looking to feel calmer, gently let go of stress, and learn a practical self-care tool you can use at home, Reiki level 1 is a beautiful place to start.

This is a supportive, confidence-building day with clear teaching, guided practice, and time for questions.

You’ll learn:

• what Reiki is (and what it isn’t)
• the origins and principles of Reiki
• about reiki attunements and receive your four Reiki level 1 attunements (traditional Reiki teaching)
• Reiki hand positions for self-healing
• how to use Reiki for loved ones

What’s included

It is IPHM-approved training, and you receive your four Reiki 1 attunements, an accredited Reiki level 1 certificate and your accompanying training brochure. Refreshments are provided; simply bring your own lunch.

Course location

This Reiki level 1 training is held in Culcheth near Warrington, Cheshire. Easy car access from Manchester, St Helens, Liverpool, Preston and Chorley.
