About me
I am a registered member of The Craniosacral Therapy Association (RCST) and am fully insured. I discovered Craniosacral Therapy 24 years ago, when my new born son received treatment following a ventouse extraction which left him with whiplash. The results were profound. Treatment for myself released long-held PTSD held in my system and turned my life around. This decided me to support others on their journey back to optimum health.
Adults and children come to see me for a diverse range of symptoms, some for a specific issue, others for general health and wellbeing. Some of these symptoms include:
- ADHD
- Allergies
- Anxiety
- Asthma
- Autism
- Backache
- Colic
- Crohns
- Depression
- Fibromyalgia
- IBS
- Migraine
- PTSD
Craniosacral Therapy is a gentle hands on approach, with the client lying fully clothed on a couch or seated in a chair. The approach engages primarily with the Autonomic Nervous System and cerebrospinal fluid to release physical, mental and/or emotional tension and trauma from the body. Results are generally seen over the course of a number of treatments, which go at the pace of the individual as the body realigns itself on its way back to balance. Craniosacral Therapy is equally suitable for babies, children and adults.
I offer a free 15 minute discovery call to address any questions you may have prior to treatment and offer both in-person and online treatments. I offer packages and work both locally and internationally. Please see my website for further details: https://www.toulatherapies.com
