About me

Thanks for taking the time to read this. I am Warren.

Apart from my love for Reiki, meditation and Qigong for many years I ran a small organic gardening company and have over recent years been venturing into gardening therapy too.

I am the father of 2 delightful young boys. I have in the past run a gardening club at our local primary school. Having a small business and being a parent I understand fully the expectations placed on us in this modern world where stress, pressure and speed all seem to have become the norm.

At a very young age I was introduced to Chinese philosophy by my late father. As time passed I felt a yearning to travel; I did just that where I devoted time to studying Taoism and Buddhism.

I returned from my travels and studied at the Royal Horticultural Society where my burning desire to work with nature and later energy was fuelled further, spending much time with plants and in the outdoors. I felt empowered by the remarkable recovery my wife made from a traumatic accident despite medical experts expectations and began to explore energy more and more.

With meditation my consciousness seemed continually heightened. I began exploring ‘intention’ first hand, starting with plants. An example, here I planted two large identical wigwams of sweet peas, they both received the same growing conditions a few meters apart. The one I treated as a plant, the other I spoke to, placed my hands near, told it I loved it and generally focused my energy on it. The results were quite remarkable as to which flourished more prolifically. One of my then employees suggested I look into Reiki and I haven’t looked back since. Over recent years I have put my energies full time into helping. I am a meditation teacher certified by the British School of Meditation and a Shibashi Qigong instructor with the Tai chi and Qigong institute under Master Wing Cheung.

What some of my patients have reported back

"I wanted to try Reiki as I am interested in alternative therapies and felt this might help with general well being. I enjoyed the sessions with Warren, feeling relaxed and then re-energised after, sensing his “skill” in this discipline and being personable, I felt at ease. I would recommend him."

Rob, Forest row, East Sussex

"I had 10 sessions with warren to help release tensions due to ongoing issues related to IBS, I experienced deep relaxation during the sessions and a feeling of rejuvenation. I found Warren easy to talk to and was therefore at ease with the treatments. I would recommend his services"

Peter, East Grinstead, West Sussex

"I have tried many therapies and practitioners whilst learning to live with chronic fatigue syndrome/ME. But not Reiki - I didn’t think it was for me - until I met Warren. His passion for Reiki is tangible and I now find my sessions to be the grounding part of my week and a cornerstone of my recovery"

JHG, West Hoathly, West Sussex

"I went to Reiki with an open mind. It was a calming experience, but more interestingly it unlocked in my mind things that I had shut away for a long time that perhaps I should have dealt with years ago... I would happily try it again "

Ben, Dormansland, Surrey

"Warren has a wonderful intuitive way of working and is definitely a very calming influence. I always look forward to my Reiki treatments and find them so relaxing - I often fells as I’m dropping off to sleep! I have found these treatments to be a great way to release tension and restore balance to both my body and mind. You can be sure you are in safe hands with Warren and i would have no hesitation in recommending him "

Cecelia, East Grinstead, West Sussex
