About me
Valerie welcomes you to experience reflexology at her relaxing treatment room in Honor Oak Park, South East London. As a reflexology specialist, she set up her practice in 2013 supporting people from the local community. Reflexology is a natural treatment which involves applying pressure to specific areas on the feet. It is an holistic therapy which promotes relaxation. It helps bring the body back into balance which positively affects wellbeing and of course, the treatment feels wonderful too.

Training, qualifications & experience
Valerie is International Institute of Reflexology qualified and has 20 years previous experience as a registered nurse. She has completed specialist training in nerve reflexology, reflexology lymph drainage and preconception, pregnancy and postnatal reflexology. Valerie is fully insured and holds AOR membership. She also has qualifications in British sign language and has gained a certificate in first aid. She also holds a special treatment licence with Lewisham council.
