Unity Health & Performance focuses on injury rehabilitation, chronic pain management and sports injury treatment. We utilise Sports Therapy, Physiotherapy, Osteopathy, and Sports Massage Therapy to help you live a pain-free life, enjoying everything from everyday activities to your favour sport.
Our Osteopathy service helps reduce chronic pain, improve mobility and strength, blending osteopathic principles with injury rehabilitation. Combining hands-on therapy with strength & conditioning, we help patients to get back to their daily life, pain-free.
Our Sports Therapists offers a range of therapies, from Sports Therapy to Sports Massage Therapy, helping patients target troublesome areas that are prohibiting everything from everyday activities to performing at the top of their athletic capability.
Our Physiotherapy services treat individuals at the acute stage of injury or post-operative patient, ensuring they are ready to progress on to regaining full independence and living a pain-free life.

Osteopath: GOSC registered Osteopath (10600), Bachelor of Osteopathy, Active Life Professional
Physiotherapist: BSc Sports Therapy, MSc Physiotherapy, Dry Needling/Medical Acupuncture, Sports Therapist for AFC Sudbury, West Ham United FC and Essex Rebels, former Head of Medical for Braintree Town FC

It is against the law for anyone in the UK to practice using the title 'Osteopath' without registering with the General Osteopathic Council (GOsC).
This professional body regulates all osteopaths in the UK and sets and promotes high standards of competency, conduct and safety.
The HCPC's primary role is to protect the public and ensure they have a reliable resource for finding professionals qualified to a high standard.
