About me
I am a qualified and experienced reflexologist since 2003. Many of my clients have found reflexology nurturing, relaxing, comforting, calming, soothing, gentle and therapeutic in its broadest sense.
Some good quality randomised trials have shown reflexology to be effective on the 'anxiety state' and migraine. My clients have reported benefits across a wide range of lifestyle challenges including post-operatively, during bereavement, moving house, changing jobs, career challenges and during pregnancy.
The tranquil setting of my practice room provides a perfect retreat from the pace and pressures of life.
I am a registered Nutritional Therapy Practitioner: DipCNM MBANT

Further information
I have loved practising reflexology from the moment I discovered how much it immediately helped me on an emotional and physical level. Then realising from the feedback I have had from clients over my time in practice how much it could do for them.
