About me
Reiki Master & Teacher, Violet Flame Master, Animal Reiki
My working life up until 5 years ago was as a Mental Health Nurse. I worked in a forward thinking, progressive team that worked with young people who were experiencing a Psychotic episode for the first time. During my many years working as a Senior Specialist Nurse I would help patients and their families. It wasn't all about medication, and a huge part of their recovery was gaining the skills to understand their illness and give them virtual tools to stay as well as they could.
Today I have transferred those amazing skills and use them daily as a Reiki Master & Teacher.
I have been walking the walk on mindfulness and wellbeing for the last 20+ years.
Yes this feels slightly uncomfortable talking about myself in this way, yet it is important that future clients and students understand the vast experience they are getting when they work with me.
I offer Reiki Treatments, Attunement Workshops, & I run a monthly in person Reiki Circle in Cambridge.

My entire working life has been working with people. Long before mindfulness and wellness tools became buzzwords.
I am person centred and offer the client over 30 years experience of working within Mental Wellbeing as an NHS Nurse.
For the past six years, I have been running my own Reiki Therapy business. I work with adults, children, animals and the Earth.
I used to offer Reiki as a volunteer Reiki Therapist to a Children`s Hospice in Hampshire. I would go in weekly to gift Reiki to the children and families.

The UK Reiki Federation is a professional association with the objective of forming a national umbrella organisation for education, training and guidance in the practice of reiki.
Currently the Reiki Federation requires their members to have signed their code of ethics, hold practitioner insurance and hold certificates appropriate to their membership type.
