About me
I’m a part-time Reiki practitioner working in private practice in Crawley and Horsham. My intention is to help you relax, recharge and maintain a positive sense of self in a nurturing and safe environment. I understand how easy it is to lose connection with our body and spirit, and to be mentally and emotionally overwhelmed in our busy lives. Whether you’re looking for support with a long term health condition for which you're receiving medical care, craving some “me time” or seeking spiritual development, Reiki can help you find relaxation and respite, and increase feelings of wellbeing and connection. Reiki is a gentle therapy that is administered through the clothes and involves no massage or manipulation, making it suitable for anyone who prefers light touch or no touch. It is also possible to send Reiki remotely, so you can enjoy the benefits even if you don’t live nearby or are unable to visit for any reason.
I offer a free phone or Zoom consultation to all prospective clients so we can see if the therapy is right for you at this time and have a chat about what you're hoping to get out of your session. You can book appointments of 1 hour or 90 mins. Your time with me is client-led, which means that we will discuss what therapy plan is right for you, whether that's a series of sessions or just one! Before each appointment we'll have a short confidential consultation about your general wellbeing and I'll keep your needs at the forefront as things evolve. Sometimes this may mean I signpost you to other services. After each session I'll give you some tips on aftercare and you can contact me with any questions.
I follow all COVID-19 guidelines as set down by government relating to close contact services and have completed COVID-19-specific health and safety training - you can find out more at my website.
