About me
I am a qualified holistic practitioner with over twenty years’ experience in natural therapies; I specialise in Systematic Kinesiology, Ayurvedic Therapies, Reiki and natural therapies.
Systematic Kinesiology
Systematic Kinesiology© is a unique holistic approach to natural health care that uses simple muscle testing procedures to read the energetic bio-feedback from our bodies to find where health issues stem from, where imbalances/energy drains are and what particular stresses are affecting you.
Muscle testing, combined with other Kinesiology techniques enables the practitioner to find out which system is out of balance and apply the right corrections.
Systematic Kinesiology looks at health from 4 main viewpoints, each of which interacts with others and for someone to be healthy and balanced, all systems need to be functioning well. These four aspects are:
Mental, Chemical, Physical, Energy
This unique way of addressing the body allows a Kinesiology practitioner to look at what will restore normal function to muscles and their related organs by:
- rubbing & massaging the Neuro-Lymphatic points to encourage the movement of lymph fluids around the body
- matching nutritional supplements and Bach Remedies
- energy balancing
- emotional work, such as tapping or stress release techniques

Ayurveda
Ayurveda is the ancient Indian philosophy of health and longevity, rooted in Vedic culture. This over 5000 years old, prevention-oriented holistic system of medicine, is free from harmful side-effects, promotes a healthy life, treats any illness and maintains good health.
With the use of authentic Ayurvedic equipment and the highest quality Ayurvedic oils and products we offer a variety of Ayurvedic treatments:

- Hridaya Basti (Treatment for the heart area)
Ayurvedic treatments are ONLY available at Sundridge Park location.

Training, qualifications & experience
Elizabeth Pudelek is a qualified Ayurvedic Therapist, Systematic Kinesiologist, Certified Reiki Master Practitioner and Hawaiian Lomi & Hot Stones Massage Therapist.
Her passion and love for healing and natural therapies started many years ago and today she uses the wisdom and techniques she has learnt from various different schools of traditional & holistic medicine to help her clients, family and friends to achieve greater health and harmony.
