About me

I run Virtual sessions as well as 1-1 sessions for EFT (emotional freedom technique) and Matrix Reimprinting. Using EFT and MR I can effectively support you to improve your health and wellbeing, reduce stress, anxiety, bereavement and loss, change negative beliefs and rid yourself of those self-doubts.

EFT, or Tapping, as it is often known, helps individuals manage their own symptoms. Combining EFT with Matrix Reimprinting is a powerful and effective way of resolving traumas and replacing negative self beliefs or doubts, formed and held subconsciously from our early childhood.

Addressing these unresolved traumas, self doubts or misperceptions help you to gain new insight into negative behaviour, change your core beliefs and help you to feel in control and more energised.

Combining EFT and Matrix Reimprinting is an effective way of relieving painful experiences, self beliefs from the past which continue to influence our current lives and create stress and many physical illnesses, chronic pain, fears and phobias.

Areas that can be relieved:

  • Stress.
  • Anxiety.
  • Trauma.
  • Bereavement and Loss.
  • Stress related physical conditions.
  • Poor self esteem.
  • Negative self beliefs and doubts.
  • Exam nerves and stresses.
  • Phobias.

Training, qualifications & experience

I have over 20 years experience in working with  children, young people and adults. I have found that EFT and Matrix Reimprinting is a fast and effective modality to help promote change and self growth with all ages.

My clientele include children and adolescents, most of whom suffer from phobias, or social anxiety. The programmes I offer these clients is slightly different and tailored towards their stages of development.

I have experience in working individually and group work with young people and adults.

I have successfully worked with clients with stress anxiety & phobias. Young people with exam fears,  and school issues. Fears of public speaking and work related issues. Bereavement and loss, relationship problems, traumas and historic abuse.

You are never too young or too old to benefit from EFT and MR.

I have a Bsc Hons.

I hold a CQSW.

I trained and qualified as a Level 2and Level 3 EFT & Matrix Reimprinting practitioner with Karl Dawson EFT Founding Master and creator of Matrix Reimprinting. (EFTMRA).
