Hello, I'm a fully qualified and accredited EFT and massage therapist (Swedish & Deep tissue). I offer sessions online and in person. I have been in the beauty and wellness industry for over 18 years.

Using EFT, I specialise in mental health which covers many issues, such as phobias, addictions, stress, depression, traumas and PTSD. I also work with cancer patients and the family of those affected by cancer and terminal illness. 

I am here to help you on your journey, whether it is to stop smoking or help deal with a trauma in your life. This can work very well over Zoom or even in person, whichever makes you feel more comfortable. The amount of sessions will depend on the issue at hand. For example a phobia should take 3 or less sessions.

1 1/2 hour £65

EFT is £50 per session lasting around 1 hour

I also offer 30 min for teens/younger people for £35 per session (please be aware that some younger people may need the full hour depending on subject).

I have a room set up from home. Drive to park on, very easy!
