Why complementary therapies?
Are you on a healing journey wanting to catalyse change? Thinking about transforming your health and lifestyle is the first greatest step you can take. To act on this can be empowering and liberating.
Receiving complementary therapies can offer you the benefits of deep relaxation, space and time, which is so precious when you live a busy life and/or care for others. Treatments can leave you feeling lifted, calm, clear-minded and recharged.
What can I expect from my first session?
I provide holistic complementary therapies as standalone or combination treatments. I'll ask you to complete a health questionnaire so that I can tailor your treatment, focusing on areas of imbalance or tension. You may be given lifestyle suggestions or resource recommendations to compliment your health and wellbeing journey at the end of your session.
How might I feel during and after a treatment?
Reflexology, Reiki energy and/or Indian head massage are calming holistic treatments that aim to facilitate your body's natural healing processes, encouraging balance through deep relaxation using gentle hands-on or hands-off techniques. You should feel the symptoms of stress and tension begin to melt away.

Member organisations
The Association of Reflexologists (AoR) is a non-profit making association which aims to provide support to professionally qualified practitioners.
Membership is open to practitioners who have gained an approved qualification or who have provided proof that their training and practical skills meet the standards set by the AoR.
The UK Reiki Federation is a professional association with the objective of forming a national umbrella organisation for education, training and guidance in the practice of reiki.
Currently the Reiki Federation requires their members to have signed their code of ethics, hold practitioner insurance and hold certificates appropriate to their membership type.

£40 for a 45-minute remote Reiki session.
£20 for a 25-minute remote Reiki session.
