About me

Why complementary therapies?

Looking to make changes to your health and lifestyle? Complementary therapy treatments are a great addition. Offering you the benefits of deep relaxation, space and time, treatments can leave you feeling lifted, calm, clear-minded and recharged. Working holistically, I'll tailor your treatment and may offer lifestyle suggestions or tips.

What can I expect from my first session?

We will go through any health issues raised in your pre-treatment health questionnaire before getting you settled in. The questionnaire will be emailed to you at the time of booking or we can complete this over the telephone together. Treatments are either given fully clothed (seated or laying down) apart from removing your shoes and socks for foot reflexology, or if you choose Indian head massage with oils you will remove your top and be covered with a cotton sarong.

How might I feel during and after a treatment?

Reflexology, Reiki energy and Indian head massage are calming holistic treatments that aim to facilitate your body's natural healing processes, encouraging balance through deep relaxation using gentle hands-on or hands-off techniques.  You should feel the symptoms of stress and tension begin to melt away. I will provide you with an aftercare leaflet at the time of booking so you know how best to look after yourself after your treatment.

How can I contact you?
