About me

A reflexologist and foot mechanics specialist with over 15 years experience. I work at clinics in St John's Wood & Kensington and from my home in Kensal Green/Harlesden NW10. I also offer home and office visits for those who are unable to come to the clinics.

I offer three different types of foot treatment:

1) Deep tissue foot massage: to help with various foot and lower leg complaints such as plantar fasciitis, shin splints, Achilles tendonitis etc.  It can also help with some knee and hip complaints as how a foot moves has a direct impact on those structures.

2) Reflexology: I see clients with a wide range of presenting conditions but specialize in pain & stress relief. I also support clients throughout pregnancy  and help a lot of clients with hormonal imbalances particularly related to the menstrual cycle.

3) 'Free your feet': A treatment that combines deep tissue massage and reflexology techniques as well as some gentle foot mobilisations and foot pronation and supination exercises.  Designed to get the most out of your feet

If you're unsure whether my treatments can help please give me a call on 07779 789939.  I offer a free 15 minute telephone consultation which will help me to understand the nature of your issues and whenever I think I am able to help.
