Hello, I’m Rosie Durham - a certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, EFT Practitioner, and Accredited Reiki Master Teacher.
I bring together Clinical Hypnotherapy, EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), and Reiki to support healing on a deep level - always tailored to each person’s unique needs.
My own journey into holistic healing has been one of gratitude, growth, and transformation. Today, I guide others along a similar path, blending therapies that address not only symptoms but the root of emotional, physical, and mental struggles. This creates a nurturing space where mind, body, and spirit can realign and naturally heal.

Member organisations
FHT is the largest multi-disciplinary therapy organisation in the UK and has been representing holistic, beauty and sports therapists for over 45 years.
There a number of different membership categories (including Fellows, Member, Student, Associate and Non-Practitioner) which are dependent on qualifications and experience.
FHT enforce high professional standards, and all Members, Fellows and Student Members are required to follow a strict Code of Ethics and Professional Practice.
