About me

Craniosacral Therapy

Clinical Insight, Gentle Hands-On Care

With over 10 years of experience at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital, I began my work supporting mothers and babies within the Tongue Tie Clinic, helping families navigate feeding challenges in the early days of life.

This clinical foundation led me to craniosacral therapy a gentle, evidence-informed approach that supports the body in releasing tension held from pregnancy, birth, and ongoing life experiences.

Today, I work with people of all ages, offering tailored treatments that combine professional knowledge with a deeply attentive, individual approach.

The Therapy

Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy (BCST) is a non-invasive, touch-based therapy with roots in osteopathy.

Using light, precise contact, I work with the subtle movements of the body’s tissues and nervous system identifying areas of restriction and supporting their gradual release. This helps to:

  • Regulate the nervous system
  • Reduce pain and tension
  • Support recovery from stress, illness, or trauma
  • Restore balance across physical and emotional systems
  • The work is gentle, yet can create meaningful and lasting change.

Clinical Areas of Support

I work with a wide range of presentations, including:

  • Anxiety, stress, and trauma
  • ASD and ADHD
  • Migraines, neck pain, and chronic tension
  • Digestive, autoimmune, and fatigue-related conditions
  • Hormonal health, fertility, pregnancy, and menopause
  • Babies with feeding issues, colic, torticollis, and sleep difficulties
  • I often support clients alongside medical care or other therapeutic approaches.

What to Expect

Sessions take place in a calm, private setting. You remain fully clothed, lying comfortably on a treatment couch.

Through gentle contact often at the head, spine, and pelvis I follow the body’s responses, allowing shifts to unfold at a pace that feels safe and appropriate.

Many clients experience a sense of deep relaxation, alongside gradual improvements in their symptoms and overall wellbeing.

A Balanced Approach to Health

In my experience, the body is always working towards health, even when symptoms feel complex or longstanding.

Craniosacral therapy supports this process helping the system to reset, reorganise, and return towards a more balanced and resilient state.
