Regular treatment can enhance your everyday life, including sport performance and general posture. This will reduce the risk of injury and speed recovery where a sport or non-sport injury has occurred.
I use a variety of different techniques to ensure you benefit the most from a treatment, together with post treatment care plans, stretches and rehabilitation exercises where required.
Training, qualifications & experience
Active IQ Level 4 Certification in Sports Massage Therapy
Active IQ Level 3 Diploma in Sports Massage Therapy (QCF)
FAA Level 3 Award in Emergency First Aid at Work
