Events in recent years have left many people lost, alone and uncertain. My holistic therapy treatments, particularly Reiki, seek to help you to reconnect with yourself and your own personal power, and reclaim the inner peace and good health that is your birthright.

I am also currently studying the Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling.

Treatments available:

Reflexology

Reflexology involves the massage of the feet and the application of pressure on certain areas said to relate to corresponding body systems. It can help to ease backache, headache, digestive problems such as constipation, stress and nervous tension, asthma, hormonal imbalances and improve lymphatic drainage.

Reiki

Pronounced “Ray-key”, Reiki translates as “universal life-force energy”. During a Reiki treatment, the healing reiki energy is chanelled into the client, and its many benefits can include stress relief, relaxation, strengthening of the immune system and the promotion of restful sleep. It can also increase and balance the energies in the body, promote natural self-healing, and increase feelings of confidence, self-esteem, personal power and happiness. 

Indian Head Massage

This relaxing, non-invasive treatment can offer many benefits including stress relief, relaxation, psychological uplift, increased energy levels, improved skin, scalp and hair, reduced muscular tension, and pain relief, especially headaches and eyestrain from computer screens. Available with or without aromatherapy essential oils. 

Crystal Therapy

Crystal Therapy can have rapid and significant positive effects on the mind, body and emotions. It can be used to help various conditions including exhaustion, headaches, stress, depression, lack of confidence, digestive problems, emotional imbalances, menstrual problems and energy blockages amongst many others. Crystal gemstones are placed upon the body in various layouts to bring balance and harmony to your body mind and spirit depending on your individual needs.

In my Crystal Therapy Facial treatment, the healing powers of crystal gemstones are used to amplify the therapeutic benefits of your Deep Relaxation Facial to bring harmony to your body, mind and spirit. Crystals such as Jade can help tone the skin giving it a rejuvenated, lifted appearance; Rose Quartz can soothe and balance the skin; and Clear Quartz can help lymphatic drainage, reducing skin puffiness. This facial includes the energising and balancing of all the major chakras.
