About me

My name is Rachel Charlton and I help people improve their health and well-being using Health Kinesiology. Gentle muscle testing is combined with verbal questioning to communicate directly with your body. This means you can identify exactly what you as an individual needs to improve your overall health.

HK strengthens your body by identifying and correcting the cause of your symptoms.  This maybe from foods, liquids, or anything you have contact with in your daily environment. Using hk, intolerances can be identified and corrections used to help your body recognize the foods/substances so it no longer reacts to them.  It maybe from emotional/psychological stress that you are currently experiencing or something from your past which is still affecting you now.  Working on the identified stress means you are working on the cause of your problem not just the symptoms. Once the stress is corrected a change occurs within the body.

Each session lasts around 1 hour lying down. People normally find a session a relaxing experience.

HK can be used for any person and all age groups.

If you have any questions about Health Kinesiology (pronounced kin-easy-ology) or would like to book an appointment please contact me on 01670 505898 or 07443873605. Or you can email me at rachelcharlton42@gmail.com
