About me

My name is Rachel and welcome to Holistic Kinesiology.

Holistic Kinesiology uses a muscle feedback technique to identify and correct stress within your system that is contributing to your symptoms/problems.

Using a combination of the eastern energy points and the stress that has been identified, your body is put back into a state of balance, allowing healing to occur.

I work holistically combining kinesiology techniques and addressing lifestyle factors that need changing to improve your health and well-being.

Using Kinesiology enables me to work on what is causing your problems, so is not treating only the symptoms but getting to what is at the cause.

It is a very versatile therapy which can help to improve a wide range of problems.

Kinesiology can be used to help any person regardless of age or symptoms. It is an excellent therapy for improving mental health.

If you would like to make an appointment  then please call me on 01670 505898 or 07753333813
