Rachel Charlton FHT Health Kinesiology
My name is Rachel and I am a health kinesiologist with over 12 years of experience.
Our mind and body are one interconnecting unit. So whatever is affecting your mind also affects your body. Using HK what is affecting your body can be identified and then released so it no longer has the same impact on your mind and your body.
In HK we 'correct' the body's response to stress that you are experiencing. In doing so your body no longer reacts in the same way, which in turn then diffuses the stress within your system so it no longer has the same impact on you.
It is a very versatile therapy which can help to improve a wide range of problems. One of the great advantages of HK is that you can identify information using muscle testing about your health and well-being. It is truly holistic in the sense it can identify aspects of your lifestyle that need to change to enable you to reach a better state of health.
HK can be used to help any person regardless of age or symptoms. It is not a quick fix though, so for most people they need 5 to 6 sessions to get a significant improvement in their health.
