About me

My name is Rachel and I am a health kinesiologist with over 13 years of experience.

Have you lost the spring in your step? Are you feeling tired, run-down, stressed, anxious or flat?

Why not give HK a try and see if it can make you feel more like the real you.

Health Kinesiology using muscle feedback can help identify why you are not feeling yourself and what needs to be done to help.

It is a very versatile therapy which can help to improve a wide range of problems.

HK can be used to help any person regardless of age or symptoms. It is an excellent therapy for improving mental health.

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a therapist's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.

You can contact the therapist to discuss the options available.

Under the Equality Act 2010 service providers have a duty to make reasonable adjustments to ensure that individuals with disabilities can access their service. You can read more about reasonable adjustments to help you to access services on the CAB website.
