Rachel Charlton AFHT Health Kinesiology
My name is Rachel and I am a health kinesiologist with over 14 years of experience.
Health Kinesiology uses a muscle feedback response which can help identify why you are feeling the way you are and what needs to be done to help. Hk identifies stress in your system and then gently releases it which puts your body back into balance. It also identifies life style changes required, and other factors, that may need to be introduced into your life to address the cause of your problems and get you back onto the path of feeling well again.
HK enables me to work on what is causing your problems, so is not treating only the symptoms but getting to what is at the cause.
Some of the conditions it can help with are; acne, eczema, allergies/intolerances, hayfever, excessive sneezing, rhinitis, recurrent infections, cystitis, IBS, constipation, poor digestion, arthritis, joint problems, stress, anxiety, panic attacks, negative thinking, arrhythmia, PCOS, post-viral syndrome, chronic fatigue, tiredness, PMS, hormonal imbalances, Menopause, nausea, fears, being stuck, feeling low, headaches, and more.
It is a very versatile therapy which can help to improve a wide range of problems.
HK can be used to help any person regardless of age or symptoms. It is an excellent therapy for improving mental health.
If you would like to make an appointment then please call me on 01670 505898 or 07753333813
