About me

My name is Rachel, and I am a Health Kinesiologist with over 12 years experience.

Health Kinesiology communicates with your body using muscle testing to identify what needs to be done in order to bring you back to a balanced state again. Muscle testing enables me to find out what is stressing your body and then correct it. It is a relaxing and enjoyable treatment, and most people are intrigued by what they find out about themselves during treatments.

It is a very versatile therapy which can help to improve a wide range of problems.

Some examples of conditions I have helped with are insomnia, muscle pain, migraines, digestive problems, struggle to conceive, vertigo, stress, low energy, anxiety, OCD, acne, bouts of excessive sneezing, excessive urinating through the night, cystitis, nausea and feeling sick all the time, vomiting before presentations, fears, being unwell whenever flying and tiredness.

Because HK works on the cause of the symptoms most people can benefit from hk treatments.

Generally a course of about 5 to 6 treatments is required for you to see a good improvement in your condition.

If you would like to speak to me to find out if Hk can help you or if you have any questions then please call me on 01670 505898 or 07443 873605.
