About me

My name is Rachel and I am a health kinesiologist with over 12 years of experience.

Health Kinesiology communicates with a person's body using energy testing. Energy testing enables me to identify what issues/stress within your energy system are contributing to your symptoms/ill-health. Then a program of work is identified to release the stress from your energy system (which is a simple and relaxing procedure of focusing on the stress while your body is put back into a state of balance using the eastern meridian system)

In HK we 'correct' the body's response to stress that you are experiencing. In doing so your body no longer reacts in the same way, which in turn then diffuses the stress within your system so it no longer has the same impact on you.

It is a very versatile therapy which can help to improve a wide range of problems. One of the great advantages of HK is that you can identify information using muscle testing about your health and well-being. It is truly holistic in the sense it can identify aspects of your lifestyle that need to change to enable you to reach a better state of health.

HK diffuses the stress you are under be it mentally or physically. This allows your body to start releasing the impact the stress is having on you having a positive impact on your health and well-being.

Some examples of conditions I have helped with are insomnia, eczema, muscle pain, migraines, digestive problems, struggle to conceive, vertigo, stress, social anxiety, feeling low/down, low energy, anxiety, OCD, acne, bouts of excessive sneezing, excessive urinating through the night, cystitis, nausea and feeling sick all the time, vomiting before presentations, fears, being overweight (by dealing with issues that cause you to overeat), being unwell whenever flying and tiredness.

Everyone is different and some people just need 1 or 2  treatments to get a good improvement in themselves and others may require 4 - 6, but it is entirely up to yourself how many sessions you come for. It is also a very relaxing treatment and you often find out quite a bit about yourself during the sessions.

Hk will be particularly helpful if your suffering with stress, anxiety or general mental health problems because of the current lockdown.

If you would like to speak to me to find out if Hk can help you or if you have any questions then please call me on 01670 505898 or 07753333813
