About me
Prathima Nagesh has experience of practicing in UK and Europe for more than 10yrs. She is a lecturer for past 11yrs, and works at College of Ayurveda(Milton Keynes) and as well at the Middlesex University London. Providing Ayurvedic prescriptions using locally available ingredients is her area of interest.
Ayurvedic prescriptions always aimed at bring your body towards normalcy of Dosha and Dhatu, in other words to unique yourself. This may require diet and lifestyle changes, yoga and herbs. Sometimes this also requires external therapies which are uniquely designed for that particular condition.

Dr Prathima Nagesh obtained her degree (BAMS) from Mangalore University, India. She subsequently specialized in Panchakarma MD from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, India. Her research included Pancharkarma in arthritis. Dr Prathima Nagesh is also a visiting expert at School van Ayurveda (school of Ayurveda) in Belgium. She has presented papers and given talks on Ayurveda in many conferences and institutes in India and Europe.

The association only grants membership to those who have had adequate training in ayurveda and members must abide by the APA's Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct.
