About me

I am a Sports & Remedial Massage Therapist based in Elephant & Castle. I am also mobile and I cover a wide area across London. My clients include not only athletes but also members of the general public including those who do not exercise or practise any type of sport at all.

Although my therapy is called "Sports Massage" anyone can enjoy its benefits, even those who do not practise any physical activity as this therapy has numerous positive effects on the muscular, skeletal and nervous systems.

I have been a therapist for 6 years now and I specialise in shoulder, neck and back pain, muscle injuries, musculoskeletal imbalances, stiff joints and areas with general tension. I use a combination of massage techniques, stretches and joint mobilisations and I am committed to improve my clients’ health and wellbeing.

My work experience also includes working in elite sports such as Premier League Football (West Ham United), Rugby Championship (London Scottish FC) and British Athletics (World Indoor Championships).

If you would like to discuss further or have any questions regarding how the therapy works before making a decision, please feel free to contact me and I will be happy to help.
