About me

My name is Pam and I'm a fully qualified and experienced Reflexologist, Indian Head Massage therapist and Seichem Reiki Master Teacher and healer.

I run a small busy practice in a peaceful rural location, and specialise in helping people manage their pain using alternative therapies. I work hard to continuously adapt and improve my technique, in order to offer personalised healing treatments to my clients to best support each person’s needs.

I was inspired to learn reflexology from having regular treatments myself and the benefits I gained soon showed me what a powerful yet gentle therapy reflexology is, and how relaxed it made me feel after a stressful day at work.

I have always wanted to do something to help other people, as I felt that there was and still is too much pain and suffering in the world and I wanted to do something to make a difference, hence my passion for reflexology being born.

I am a natural therapist who is passionate about helping people manage their pain using alternative therapies.

Further information

How can Reflexology help?

Reflexology is the technique of applying gentle pressure to the reflexes on the hands, feet and face, resulting in the recipient feeling deeply relaxed and the body’s own healing process being activated to help bring the person’s state of well-being back into balance. Each reflex point relates to various organs, glands and body parts and has an effect on their function.

Reflexology may help with these and many other conditions:
Poor circulation, lowered immune system, back pain, water retention, hormonal imbalances, low energy levels, migraine, stress, digestive complaints, sleeping problems, frozen shoulder, anxiety, neck pain and much more.

How can facial reflexology help?

Facial reflexology can be a wonderful therapy to help improve your health and well-being, stimulating the body's own healing mechanisms and encouraging the elimination of toxins. An added benefit to the treatment is that the face will feel and look smoother and more toned, due to the increase in circulation and the release of muscle tension.

Facial reflexology may be beneficial in helping support people with the following conditions:
sinus problems, teeth grinding, stress, insomnia, IBS, joint pain, depression, Bell's Palsy and ADHD.

How can Reflexology lymph drainage (RLD) help?

RLD assists the management of secondary lymphoedema which has occurred as a result of treatment for breast cancer. Results show that over a period of time, there can be a significant reduction of fluid in the affected limb, and regular treatments assisting in reducing further fluid build-up.

As with manual lymphatic drainage, RLD may also be beneficial to people with the following conditions: arthritis, asthma, eczema, chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, ME,
sinus problems, migraines, muscular tension, premenstrual syndrome, aches and pains?, ?headaches

How can Reiki help?

One of the greatest benefits of Reiki is it's effectiveness in reducing stress and inducing deep relaxation by triggering the bodies own natural healing abilities.
It is an extremely powerful, yet gentle energy which creates deep relaxation and aids the body to release stress, anxiety and tension.

Reiki may help with these and many other conditions: Insomnia, pain relief, migraine,    arthritis, sciatica, stress reduction, anxiety and depression, chronic fatigue, menopausal symptoms, brings inner peace and harmony.

How can Oriental facial therapy help?

Oriental facial therapy is based on traditional Chinese medicine (TCM)
This incredibly effective treatment not only beautifies and strengthens the skin, it can also improve your health and restore a radiant youthful glow to your face with the release of congested meridians.

The constant flow of Qi keeps us healthy and alive, if the Qi is blocked this will manifest as an imbalance in health which affects us on all levels - physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, and energetic. The face and skin can be a visual manifestation of Qi being out of balance, for example complexion, texture, redness, puffiness and inflammation, breakouts or muscle tension and pain.

Direct stimulation on the face is a great way to remove the day’s stress and can help restore a healthy youthful glow. This natural alternative to Botox helps rejuvenate, reinvigorate and improve health and appearance.
A combination of pressure point massage, use of specialist jade GuaSha and roller and facial cupping tools along with Organic Neals Yard oils are applied on the face providing high doses of anti-oxidants for anti-ageing and rejuvenation.

Improves skin tone & complexion, reduces the depth and width of wrinkles, lifts eyebrows and tightens the brow, softens smile lines, helps with sinusitis and facial/head tension.
Clears and tightens pores, reduces puffiness & improves appearance of the neck and much more. The face feels tighter after just one treatment, but for best results a weekly treatment for 6 weeks is recommended.

How can Indian head massage help?

Indian Head Massage works on the physical, mental and subtle levels of the body.
This wonderful therapy targets the areas most vulnerable to stress and tension - the upper back, shoulders, upper arms, neck, head and face.

Indian Head Massage may help with these and many other conditions: general and specific relaxation for muscles providing immediate relief, dispersal of toxins from tense, knotted muscles, relief from chronic neck and shoulder stiffness, improved circulation of blood in previously congested muscles, improvement of lymph circulation, restoration of joint movement and mobility, promotes hair growth, helps in relieving tension headaches, eye strain, earache, tinnitus, jaw ache, sinus congestion, insomnia, calms and soothes the mind and much more.

How can Aromareflex help?

This wonderful treatment combines the power of essential oils with reflexology  and enhances the objectives of your treatment.

A bespoke selection of essential oils are blended with reflexology wax to address your personal needs on the day of your appointment.  The reflexology session is adapted to best suit your requirements on the day, with additional new techniques included to help you relax further.

You also receive a little bespoke pot of magic to take home with you to apply to your feet and lower legs so that you can continue to reap the benefits of the healing properties of the essential oils.

How can Energy and the Spine - Chi Medics method help?

Combining clinical reflexology with the associated energy specifically relating to the spine, to enhance your session and can help to reduce or eliminate pain.

A really beneficial therapy for those people who have regular back pain, this is a fantastic treatment that works the whole spine, the central nervous system, the deep muscles of the back and pelvic floor muscles for effective results.
Includes meridian balancing of the organs that relate to the spine using Traditional Chinese Medicine  and Chi techniques.

Your first treatment includes a full and confidential consultation, this enables me to establish your medical history, any medication you may be taking, medical conditions, general health and lifestyle etc. so that I am able to establish the most beneficial treatment plan for your needs.

The only clothing you will need to remove for traditional foot reflexology is your socks and shoes. Pressure is applied to the feet and lower leg, the experience should be relaxing but you may feel areas of mild discomfort during treatment which will indicate that imbalances are present. If you are having Facial Reflexology, Reiki, Oriental Facial Therapy, or Indian Champissage no clothing will need to be removed, only jewellery that is worn around the neck and any earrings or facial piercing jewellery.

If you have been diagnosed with or suspect you may have a pre-existing medical condition, please consult your GP for advice before starting any new therapies.
