About me

I run a modern and dynamic practice, offering a range of highly effective mind/body therapies.

I will support you to safely explore, understand and prioritise your individual needs. Together we will develop a personalised range of strategies, tools and techniques that will enable you to create lasting change so that you can live your most authentic and empowered life.

I have extensive experience of providing individual support as I have developed and led well-being services within the NHS, Universities, The BBC and third sector organisations, alongside running my own practice.

Training, qualifications & experience

I have trained in a range of mind body therapies over a period of more than 25 years.

I have completed a degree in psychology with Clinical Psychology - I am a member of the British Psychological Society, I have earned many diplomas from counselling to acupuncture , reflexology and emotional freedom techniques (EFT/Tapping) and have many years experience practicing these therapies, working across industries from corporate, NHS and third sector - developing and leading a wellbeing service and now running a thriving private practice within a beautiful space, right in the centre of Edinburgh. FHT is the largest multi-disciplinary therapy organisation in the UK and has been representing holistic, beauty and sports therapists for over 45 years.

There a number of different membership categories (including Fellows, Member, Student, Associate and Non-Practitioner) which are dependent on qualifications and experience.

FHT enforce high professional standards, and all Members, Fellows and Student Members are required to follow a strict Code of Ethics and Professional Practice.
