About me
When you’ve tried everything and still don’t feel well, you don’t have to figure it out alone.
Living with ongoing health challenges can be exhausting, especially when answers are unclear and nothing seems to fully help. You may be experiencing anxiety, chronic pain, headaches, hormonal or menopausal symptoms, fertility challenges, or recovering from illness, and feel frustrated, overwhelmed, or disconnected from your body.
I’m Marissa, a Craniosacral Therapist and Health & Wellbeing Coach. I support people who feel stuck in their health to ease physical and emotional tension from within, find answers and reconnect with their body’s natural ability to restore heal and restore balance. My approach is gentle, supportive, and tailored to you. I meet you where you are and help to create steady, meaningful change over time.
Many people I work with tell me they begin to feel calmer, more grounded, and more hopeful, often noticing improvements in how they cope day to day, how their body feels, and their overall sense of wellbeing.
You don’t need to have all the answers before reaching out. Our first step is simply a calm, no pressure conversation to explore what’s been going on for you and whether this approach feels like the right support.

Further information
Today, I work with people of all ages from newborns to older adults - offering a calm and supportive space for rest, reflection, and reconnection.
Whether you’re experiencing tension, stress, or a sense of disconnection from your body, my work invites you to slow down, listen inwardly, and feel supported in a nurturing environment.
My approach is gentle, intuitive, and trauma informed. I listen closely, not just with my ears, but through touch and presence, to the subtle rhythms and responses of the body.
Each session is unique, responsive, and guided by what your system is ready to explore. You don’t need to come in with a diagnosis - only an openness to pause and reconnect with yourself.
